Good design invokes happiness and soothes the soul. It can inspire confidence, security, and energy. Color, light, and texture in living spaces can induce feelings of warmth and safety. Furniture for your belongings and a bed to sleep in improves your physical and mental well-being. Plants and flowers in the home improve and elevate mood.
We partner with the Center Against Sexual & Family Violence, The MacGuire Center and the Reynolds Home to find our clients who are transitioning from a shelter, transitional living center, or who are aging out of the foster care system. Our mission is to transform their lives by transforming their living spaces with as many gently used items as possible, thereby lessening our environmental footprint.

Harmonious Home outperformed five local and very impressive nonprofit organizations on Oct. 13 to win the top prize at Paso del Norte Community Foundation's inaugural Gator Tank. In partnership with Microsoft, this event was billed as a "social impact competition in a fast-pitch style to help local nonprofit organizations exercise their skills and gain the resources needed to support their missions."
Harmonious Home has been a participating nonprofit organization of Gator Tank and El Paso Giving Day -- two projects led by the Paso del Norte Community Foundation.
We are enormously grateful to everyone who donated and who helped us raise almost $32,700!
